Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will love your gloves, however we do understand that sometimes you may want to return a pair, or exchange them for a different size. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt, Any gloves purchased between 1st November and 24th December, can be exchanged throughout the whole of January.
All gloves must be returned in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging with labels and tags intact, undamaged, and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used gloves unless there is a production fault. If tags and labels are removed, a £5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount of monies refunded to you (up to the value of the product price) where the value of the gloves are diminished from excessive handling which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, fit and function of your gloves.
Multiple items ordered on a single order that need to be returned should be returned all together as one parcel otherwise a restocking fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund.
Complete the returns form printed on the back of your order confirmation that is sent out with every purchase and state whether a refund or an exchange is required. If an exchange is required, please state the colour, and size required. A link to a blank returns form can be found at the bottom of this page.
Please wrap the gloves securely, obtain a proof of posting and ensure you provide your full return address and the full details of any exchange colour/s and size/s required.

Refund and Exchanges Process
Apologies, but we do not refund the delivery charge on the original order and we do not offer Freepost on returned items.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt by our Returns Department.
If the gloves have any tags or label removed or missing a £5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the gloves are deemed to have been worn or have had excessive handling, we will reduce the amount of monies refunded to you or we will return the gloves back to you.
Your refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
